After ordering service you’ll be sent the send to address to send your atomizers in for service. The price does include return shipping within the US. Atomizers should be soaked in ISO over night and rinsed with ISO in the morning to ensure they are residue free before shipping. The ceramic heating element and connections will be replaced with upgraded parts and will be professionally assembled in house to guarantee build quality. The brass pin and red grommet are both necessary for the rebuild and we suggest that you do not disassemble anything just clean fully and send it in we’ll take care of everything else.
